Primetime Cable Ratings: August 19, 2014
The cable networks of TimeWarner dominated the Tuesday night top 10 chart, taking seven of the ten spots. TNT and Adult Swim each grabbed two spots, while TBS and THE BIG BANG THEORY collected three.RIZZOLI & ISLES was the top show of the night, getting 5.2 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49. That is down near a half a million viewers, from last week, but the A18-49 ratings remained the same.
A double punch of AMERICAN DAD reruns scored well for Adults swim. The two episodes, in the 10 p.m. hour, averaged 2.4 million viewers. That is much better than the numbers FOX has been getting for AMERICAN DAD, this summer, on Sunday nights.
