The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #98:

It is five straight week of CBS having the most viewers, households and the best A25-54 ratings. But, unlike previous weeks, it did not sweep the categories. ABC and it's SCANDAL powered surge took the two younger demographic categories.

SCANDAL posted it's best rating sience the season premiere, way back in September. It collected 10.6 million viewers and posted a strong 3.4 rating in Adults 18-49. It was the week's 8th most watched program and #2 in the A18-49 ratings, behind THE VOICE.  ABC only posted six programs in the top 30.

CBS posted 17 shows in the top 30, even with a bulk of it's Thursday night in repeats. Had THE BIG BANG THEORY been a new episode, CBS would have edged ABC for the A18-49 title.

NBC pushed five shows in the top 30, but only the two episodes of THE VOICE made the top 20. NBC is still a network with very few hits and is carried by a very small hand full of shows.

FOX continues to look bad. Only AMERICAN IDOL made the top 30, placing 15th and 19th. BONES and HELL'S KITCHEN are the networks only two other shows to make the week's top 50 chart.

The CW had up tick in the ratings with most of it's line up in original episodes. ARROW was the networks most watched program.
